Job summary

raydar is seeking a Senior Deployment Strategist to own large enterprise deployments from discovery to launch. You will serve as the senior point of contact for multiple accounts, translating complex workflows into technical designs with engineering partners.

The role includes periodic travel to customer sites and contributing to a repeatable deployment playbook. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in client-facing roles, hands-on software deployment experience in large organizations, and fluency

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in client-facing roles.
• Hands-on background rolling out business software at large organizations.
• Experience in consulting, business operations or operations roles.
• Working knowledge of APIs and SQL; familiarity with large language models.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise implementations from initial scoping and workflow mapping through go-live and continued account health.
• Serve as the senior executive contact for high-value accounts, managing stakeholder updates and expectations.
• Convert complicated operational processes into technical designs with engineering partners.
• Oversee one to three simultaneous accounts, each with its own timeline and requirements.
• Travel to customer sites for key milestones, roughly 30% of the time.
• Help create and grow a repeatable deployment playbook for the function.
