Talent Search Pro is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead the end-to-end success of enterprise deployments for future platform products within the housing industry. You will manage complex customer stakeholder groups, guide implementation decisions, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate real-world customer needs into scalable product improvements.

• Experience managing enterprise software implementations or large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder groups.
• Experience guiding implementation decisions and workflow processes.
• Ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer needs and support product improvements.
• Demonstrated career progression, including promotions or increased responsibilities over time.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
