Job summary

Ease Health is seeking a deployment-focused leader to scale enterprise deployments across healthcare organizations. You will own end-to-end deployments from contract to go-live, spending significant time on-site with clinicians and billers, leading a pod of clinical, RCM, and engineering SMEs, and turning floor insights into product, prototypes, PRDs, and features.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in management consulting, investment banking, or deployment roles.
• Deployment fluency in workflows, integrations, change management, and adoption.
• Willingness to be on-site with customers; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Embed on site with customers and shadow clinicians to inform design decisions.
• Lead an implementation pod across clinical, RCM, and engineering SMEs.
• Build workflows, write PRDs, and ship features informed by on-site insights.
• Own data migration strategy, integrations, and payer/clinical configurations.
• Hold the line on bespoke requests that don’t generalize and manage customer commitments for go-lives.
• Run the plan of record with a metrics-based approach and escalate risks early.
• Present to diverse rooms and translate deployments into clear stories and scorecards.
• Create playbooks, templates, and automations for future deployments.
