Job summary

TwelveLabs is seeking a Director of Engineering, Deployment & Integrations to lead the engineering organization responsible for deploying TwelveLabs technology into customer and partner environments. You will own deployment strategy across hyperscalers, private clouds, and on-premise infra, partnering with Product and GTM to translate customer needs into scalable platform capabilities.

You will drive automation, developer experience, and a repeatable deployment model while ensuring top-tier

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, infrastructure, or distributed systems leadership.
• Experience deploying complex software/AI in enterprise environments.
• Deep technical skills in cloud infra, distributed systems, networking, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment and integration engineering strategy for customer and partner deployments across cloud, private clouds, and on-prem environments.
• Build scalable, repeatable deployment patterns and integration architectures.
• Lead cross-functional teams with Product, Security, and Sales to ensure reliable customer deployments.
• Establish and evolve CI/CD, release management, and observability practices for distributed environments.
• Lead a high-performance Deployment & Integrations Engineering organization and mentor engineers.
