Hightouch is seeking an experienced Deployment Architect to own end-to-end deployments for customers in a remote, North American-focused environment. You will translate complex customer needs into actionable plans and drive repeatable, scalable deployment processes across various enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to address blockers, create detailed technical documentation, and partner with account teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in technical implementation or solutions architecture for enterprise software.
• Strong background in data integration, APIs, and architecture.
• Proven track record delivering complex deployments with clear stakeholder communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead deployment initiatives and coordinate with account teams to align technical work with customer success.
• Design scalable deployment frameworks and document integration specifications and data models.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions and workshops with data engineering and business teams.
• Create implementation plans to minimize time-to-value while ensuring durable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to remove blockers impacting deployments.
• Automate processes to improve efficiency and consistency across deployments.
