Kestra Technologies is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead the enterprise demand programs, aligning product signals with pipeline goals. You will own multi-channel campaigns and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Growth Engineering to drive qualified opportunities.

The role emphasizes automation, data-driven decision making, and an open-source–minded, AI-native tooling approach. This position is fully remote within the United States with executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in demand generation, growth, or ABM in B2B SaaS with pipeline ownership.
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns and paid media.
• Strong analytics, data-driven decision making, and experimentation mindset.
• Familiarity with developer-led or open-source motions is a plus.
• Independent worker with urgency and ownership in fast-scaling environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and own enterprise demand-generation plan and pipeline targets.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns (paid, content, email, events) across platforms.
• Own account-based and competitive-displacement strategies and program execution.
• Collaborate with Growth Engineering to leverage signals for targeting and messaging.
• Measure and report pipeline impact and program efficiency.
