Job summary

RealTime eClinical Solutions in the United States is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead integrated demand programs for our clinical research technology portfolio. You will translate strategic messaging and product positioning into measurable demand campaigns, accelerating pipeline and revenue.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in B2B SaaS demand generation, hands-on marketing automation (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo), and a data-driven mindset to optimize performance

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management in B2B software/healthcare tech
• Experience building multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
• Strong lead management, nurture, attribution, and funnel optimization
• Hands-on marketing automation and CRM experience (Salesforce/Pardot/HubSpot/Marketo)

Responsibilities

• Own marketing-sourced quarterly pipeline and bookings targets with sales leadership
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns generating qualified opportunities
• Partner with Sales on pipeline objectives and target account strategies
• Drive enablement of campaigns with sales and SDR to improve tactic efficiency
• Own, manage, and optimize paid media and budgets to maximize pipeline
• Build multi-channel campaigns across email, paid search/social, webinars, ABM, content syndication
• Manage campaign calendars and quarterly execution plans
• Optimize performance with data-driven testing and continuous improvement
• Define strategy and execute growth campaigns across products and markets
