Job summary
Benchmark Analytics is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Delivery to lead the Solutions Delivery team. You will oversee the largest, most complex customer implementations across BMS, First Sign, and CARE, partnering with Product, Data Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
This role reports to the VP of Solutions Delivery and travels about 25% for engagements. You will manage a team delivering enterprise implementations end-to-end, engaging with agency executives and program owners to
Qualifications
- 10+ years in customer-facing software delivery or professional services.
- 4+ years leading a delivery or implementation team.
- 5+ years in a SaaS environment with enterprise/public-sector customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Technical Delivery Managers to drive performance and delivery outcomes.
- Own delivery outcomes across the Enterprise portfolio, including timelines and scope.
- Lead implementations from contract through go-live and steady state with proper staffing and resources.
- Identify and resolve risks early; escalate when leadership intervention is required.
- Maintain portfolio health, capacity, and forecast; align with Sales and Customer Success.
