Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking an Engagement Delivery Senior Manager within the Missionforce Professional Services team to lead delivery across Public Sector engagements. This role is hands-on, focused on project execution, client relationship management, and health of programs without people management duties.

You will partner with the Portfolio Delivery Leader, project teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure quality, predictability, and alignment to mission outcomes, building trust through

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise CRM or professional services engagements.
• Proven ability to lead project teams, manage budgets, schedules, and contracts.
• Solid Salesforce knowledge across Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Delivery governance: own day-to-day delivery health following SPSM standards and governance gates.
• Project planning & control: create and review project plans, monitor timelines, adjust schedules, track resource utilization.
• Program & project scope: lead large enterprise projects or multiple interrelated projects requiring cross-functional collaboration.
• Risk & issue management: monitor health signals, proactively identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Project recovery: support recovery on at-risk engagements and escalate with governance.
• Methodology & execution: oversee end-to-end implementation and change within a standardized lifecycle.
