Job summary

Benchmark Analytics is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Delivery to lead the Solutions Delivery team. You will oversee the largest, most complex customer implementations of BMS, First Sign, and CARE across municipal, state, and federal customers.

You will partner with Product, Data Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, reporting to the VP of Solutions Delivery. You will build and coach a high-performing delivery team, own risk management, portfolio health, and staffing while ensuring

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in customer-facing software delivery, implementation, or professional services, including 4+ years managing a delivery or implementation team.
5+ years in a SaaS environment, preferably with enterprise or public-sector customers.
Demonstrated track record of running a multi-customer delivery portfolio across complex, concurrent implementations.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or PMP/Agile certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Technical Delivery Managers, coaching and guiding to drive performance and delivery outcomes.
Own delivery outcomes across the Enterprise portfolio—timeline, scope, quality, and customer health.
Lead implementations from contract signature through go-live and steady state with proper staffing and resourcing.
Translate complex technical work into business value for sworn, civilian, and executive audiences.
