Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise programs within our Enterprise Project Management Office at our headquarters. This role is an individual contributor responsible for integrating multiple workstreams to deliver business outcomes and to provide executives with clear, decision-ready insights.

Qualifications

• 10 years of project and program management experience leading complex business and/or IT initiatives.
• 5+ years leading multi-project, multi-workstream programs.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification required.
• Experience with governance, change management, and vendor management.
• Fluent in translating technical detail into business implications; executive-facing communication.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Planview) and MS 365.
• Experience in Retail, Hospitality, Oil/Gas, or acquisition integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of one or more complex programs; accountable for outcomes, execution health, and risk.
• Translate objectives into scope, roadmaps, and plans across multiple workstreams.
• Drive initiation through handoff to operations with realized business value.
• Develop integrated program plans and manage dependencies and critical paths.
• Assess program health, identify trade-offs, and adjust direction to maintain momentum.
• Define program governance, steering committees, and decision forums; maintain RAID logs and status dashboards.
• Own budget forecasting, tracking, and variance reporting; manage external vendors and partners.
• Identify and manage program-level risks and dependencies; escalate when needed.
• Partner with executives to align priorities; deliver executive-ready dashboards and updates.
• Lead change management, communication, and adoption plans; mentor junior staff.
