Under Armour seeks a Lead, Enterprise Data and AI Governance to strengthen enterprise data governance and scale responsible AI governance across the organization. You will define governance frameworks, policies, and operating models in partnership with business, technology, legal, privacy, security, compliance, and risk teams.

You will drive governance councils, manage roadmaps and delivery, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, data management, analytics or related field; 8+ years in data governance/AI governance or related.
• Experience with ERP, metadata/workflow governance platforms; SAP master data a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional governance initiatives with limited oversight.
• Ability to manage roadmaps, coordinate delivery, and translate governance requirements into systems/process changes.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain data and AI governance frameworks, roles, escalation paths, and accountability models.
• Define and implement policies, standards, and procedures for data and AI governance.
• Lead governance councils, working groups, and stakeholder forums to drive alignment and adoption.
• Manage governance roadmap, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, and reporting.
• Oversee governance-related system changes, process updates, and adoption activities.
• Partner with business/tech teams to embed governance into platforms, workflows, and metadata.
• Define, publish, and monitor KPIs for governance maturity, adoption, and AI effectiveness.
• Assess governance maturity, identify gaps, and track remediation.
• Act as SME for governance concepts and AI oversight.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Management, Analytics

Master's degree (typical 6 years experience) or 12 years experience without degree
