Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure large enterprise customers realize the full value of our solutions. You will lead governance models, drive adoption, and surface expansion opportunities while coordinating with Sales and Renewals.

You will work with executive stakeholders, define success plans with KPIs, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and renewal readiness. Remote UK role with global travel.

Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise account governance models and customized success plans.
Demonstrated success in driving technology adoption and customer value realization.
Experience identifying, qualifying or supporting upsell, cross-sell and next-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

Lead trusted, long-term partnerships with executive teams within assigned accounts.
Establish governance models with executive reviews and stakeholder maps.
Develop customized success plans with KPIs and time-to-value.
Collaborate with Sales and Renewals to map growth opportunities.
Drive adoption, customer outcomes, and renewal readiness strategies.
Handle light commercial responsibilities like licenses and usage tracking.
Analyze usage, health, and upsell signals to surface expansion opportunities.
