Job summary

Veeva Systems invites a Client Services expert to own key client relationships within Ostro, driving strategies that maximize ROI for life sciences clients. You will partner across teams to champion customer goals and influence the product roadmap while managing complex projects and budgets.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma or life sciences client services, with strong analytical and executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of digital marketing strategy, client services, or account management in pharma, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Proven success managing enterprise client relationships and growing strategic accounts.
• Deep understanding of omnichannel digital marketing (web, social, digital engagement).
• Experience with MLR review processes and FDA promotional guidelines.
• Experience launching pharma product promotions and using PromoMats submissions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic advisor for a portfolio of enterprise pharmaceutical clients.
• Build executive relationships to drive client satisfaction, retention, renewals, and growth.
• Develop client strategies that maximize platform adoption and outcomes.
• Translate analytics and campaign performance into actionable recommendations.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client experiences and execution.
• Influence product roadmap based on client needs and market trends.
• Identify and lead opportunities for account expansion while managing budgets and timelines.
