Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks a strategic leader to drive Ostro within the Veeva framework. You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans for Ostro in life sciences, collaborating across functions to remove barriers and accelerate growth.

The role requires deep industry experience, executive presence, and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders while traveling as needed and operating in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with leadership levels.
• Subject-matter expert in customer-facing settings translating capabilities into positioning.
• Proven track record driving commercial outcomes with Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Experience partnering with Product Management to translate market feedback into direction.
• Strong executive presence with influencing and trust-building across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Key deal support in partnership with Sales and Customer Success.
• Serve as SME for Ostro capabilities, roadmap, and Veeva Cloud integrations.
• Shape product positioning, messaging, pricing strategy, and GTM narrative.
• Perform competitive intelligence and differentiation analyses.
• Identify new product opportunities based on market feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Solution Engineering and Data & Analytics.
