Job summary

You will drive team growth, set priorities, and foster relationships with customer leadership while contributing to strategic initiatives and company-wide events.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and lead teams with direct management experience.
• Current experience in life sciences in a service-related role, either billable or non-billable.
• Experience using data and analytics tools to measure and improve processes.
• We need a hands-on manager who gets into details.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the team as Veeva Ostro grows
• Set team priorities and oversee customer implementations and ongoing services
• Use customer data to improve product adoption, retention, and return on investment
• Work with sales and product teams on account plans and product improvements
• Build relationships with customer leaders and participate at Veeva Summits
