Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Head of Customer Success and Implementation Delivery for its Ostro platform.

You will lead the customer success and services team, guiding implementations and ongoing services to drive results for life sciences clients. You will leverage data to improve product adoption, retention, and ROI, collaborate with sales and product teams on account plans, and build relationships with customer executives, including at Veeva Summits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and lead teams with direct management experience.
• Current experience in life sciences in a service-related role, either billable or non-billable.
• Experience using data and analytics tools to measure and improve processes.
• Hands-on manager who gets into details.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the team as Veeva Ostro grows.
• Set team priorities and oversee customer implementations and ongoing services.
• Use customer data to improve product adoption, retention, and ROI.
• Work with sales and product teams on account plans and product improvements.
• Build relationships with customer leaders and participate at Veeva Summits.
