Qualifications

5+ years leading customer-facing technical teams.
Strong background in web security, networking, cloud SaaS architecture.
Proven track record in revenue-aligned or quota-carrying roles.
Experience using telemetry and health metrics to drive team performance.
Excellent communication with C-level stakeholders and business translation.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow a high-performing team of Customer Engineers.
Collaborate with Regional Sales to align resources with pipeline opportunities.
Oversee technical governance, onboarding, and platform adoption across accounts.
Track performance against quotas and SaaS adoption metrics; drive value realization.
Champion AI automation to reduce admin work and maximize high-value engagements.
