Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Architectural mindset for enterprise network and security design
• Excellent communication with both hands-on engineers and C-level executives
• Commercial experience in quota-carrying or revenue-aligned roles
• Breadth in at least four technical areas including Internet fundamentals, security, performance, AI, coding, and developer tooling

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery with Account Executives to capture requirements and map DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, Network Security, Workers to Cloudflare architectures
• Design structured migration and onboarding blueprints, guiding customer engineering teams through configuration best practices
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy with account teams
• Act as trusted advisor across onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
• Leverage AI agents to automate routine tasks and reclaim time for strategic customer advisory
• Educate customers and internal teams with SOPs, architectural guides, and best practices

Education

Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Customer-facing technical experience
