Job summary

Notabene, a leading crypto regulatory tech SaaS, seeks a senior Customer Success / Account Manager to own enterprise relationships across AMER clients. You will drive adoption, renewals and expansions while coordinating with Sales on net-new opportunities.

You’ll sit with customer integration teams, understand APIs, guide travel rule and stablecoin-related workflows, and manage long, complex deployments with executive sponsorship from start to live ramp.

Qualifications

• Senior level in Customer Success or Account Management for enterprise SaaS.
• Experience owning renewals and expansions with commercial responsibility.
• Ability to engage with CFOs and integration engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise customers from signature through adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Map customer growth across units, regions and products with Sales to close net-new opportunities.
• Lead renewals and upsells, including pricing and executive discussions.
• Collaborate with customer integration teams on API docs, test calls, and data flows.
• Maintain long implementations, ensure executive alignment, and manage on-call duties.
