Job summary

Avante is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of enterprise customers post-launch. You will be the strategic partner to drive ongoing measurable impact from the Avante platform, managing renewals, expansions, and multi-stakeholder engagement across the customer lifecycle.

You’ll work with executives to define success, leverage AI tools daily, and partner across functions to ensure adoption and value realization across geographies and lifecycle events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SaaS customer success with multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
• Experience in startup environments (seed to Series C) and owning renewals or expansions.
• Strong executive presence and ability to run QBRs with senior buyers.
• Credibility to push back when needed and drive outcomes with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive renewals and expansions.
• Lead strategic outcomes with Ava and Carly, defining success with total rewards leaders.
• Forecast renewals accurately and build expansion cases backed by usage data.
• Map orgs across benefits, HR, finance, IT, and legal to align stakeholders.
• Brief executives (CHRO/CFO/board) on benefits intelligence and roadmaps.
• Be the customer’s voice internally to influence product and marketing.
