Job summary

Safety Services Company is seeking a Senior Enterprise Client Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with large enterprise clients from our Gilbert, Arizona office. You will coordinate onboarding, drive adoption, and lead client success plans to ensure measurable value while partnering with Sales, Operations, Product, and Support.

You will manage 8–12 enterprise accounts, maintain executive relationships, and establish scalable processes for a growing enterprise client success

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client success, strategic account management, or related leadership roles.
• Experience managing complex enterprise relationships across multiple stakeholders and locations.
• Proven track record of improving client adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding coordination, milestones, and kickoff with clients.
• Drive adoption and value by building client success plans with owners and dates.
• Maintain executive relationships, conduct business reviews, and monitor account health.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support Enterprise Sales in closing.
• Ensure renewal readiness with proactive risk management and collaboration with Sales.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and develop scalable client success playbooks.
