• Strong relationship management, data-informed decision making, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue retention and growth for enterprise and agency books.
• Deliver hiring outcomes through data-backed optimizations and budget stewardship.
• Lead executive-level discussions and translate goals into adoption plans.
• Coordinate Sales, Product, Technical, Consulting, and Partner Programs.
• Champion product adoption and improve attribution and insights.
• Maintain SLA adherence and clear communication of updates.
