Job summary

Guidewell's Transformation Office is seeking a Senior Director, Change Management to design the target-state operating model and drive adoption of transformation initiatives across the portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Transformation and Performance, you will implement a consistent change management methodology, lead communications, and oversee training and adoption metrics for enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in organizational change management, communications, or organizational design.
• Experience leading change for large, complex enterprise transformation programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with senior cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads operating model design work translating target-state changes into organizational structures, roles and decision rights.
• Owns enterprise change communications strategy including leadership narratives and town halls.
• Leads behavior change and adoption programs with training, coaching, and resistance management.
• Runs change impact and readiness assessments and tailors approaches for stakeholder groups.
• Partners to ensure metrics are reflected in the enterprise transformation scorecard.
• Builds leadership bench strength across operating model design, communications, and training.
