• Conducts change assessments to determine scope, impacts, and resistance; defines goals and high-level strategies.
• Creates engagement, communications, knowledge management, and learning plans to enable adoption and outcomes.
• Builds cross-functional partnerships with Technology, Finance, Legal, HR, and People Analytics.
