Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, HR, or related fields.
• Five years of change management or program design experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages a team to support enterprise-wide initiatives, including coaching, skills development, performance management and team effectiveness.
• Create and launch the comprehensive, enterprise-wide strategy for change framework that aligns business and people strategies.
• Conduct change assessments to understand scope, impacts, and potential resistance.
• Identify change goals and success metrics and define high-level strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Build and deliver engagement, communications, knowledge management, and learning plans to enable adoption and outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong judgment and deliver innovative, value-focused solutions.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Technology, Finance, Legal, HR, People Operations, and People Analytics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
