Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years in organizational change management or related areas.
• Strong communication across leadership levels.
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs and teams.
• Knowledge of change management best practices and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages a team to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Create and launch the enterprise-wide change strategy and framework.
• Conduct change assessments to map scope, impacts, and resistance.
• Define goals and metrics with cross-functional partners.
• Develop engagement, communications, knowledge management, and learning plans.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Legal, HR, People Ops and Analytics.
