• Five (5) years related experience in organizational change management, program design or resource management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and form strategic partnerships.
• Experience delivering enterprise-wide change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to support enterprise-wide initiatives and drive productivity.
• Create and launch a comprehensive, enterprise-wide change framework aligned with business and people strategies.
• Conduct change assessments, define goals and high-level strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Develop engagement, communications, knowledge management, and learning plans to enable adoption.
• Build partnerships with Technology, Finance, Legal, HR, People Operations, and People Analytics.
