Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience writing business specifications preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate with executives and stakeholders.
• Technical facilitation and project management experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Engage in enterprise pre-sales process with Project Manager/Enterprise Solutions Consultants, documenting estimates of work.
• Conduct discovery calls with stakeholders to gather product requirements and timelines.
• Identify limitations and propose alternatives early with cross-functional teams.
• Lead cross-functional specifications development and drive to completion.
• Promote core system usage to reduce customization and manual processes for large clients.
• Collaborate with Product Groups to improve existing processes and systems.
• Perform QA checks on setup work to minimize defects later.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Paylocity products and partnerships.
• Stay updated on gov’t regulations to ensure compliance.
• Build stakeholder relationships and communicate project status clearly.
• Document requirements, create use cases, and model processes.
• Represent Tech Services in cross-team escalations; travel up to 20%.
