Paylocity is seeking a Business Analyst/Implementation Service Consultant focused on Headcount Planning. You will gather needs, perform cost/benefit analyses, and build strong internal and client relationships to convert requests into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least two years’ experience in Payroll/HR industry or equivalent for Partner Integration.
• Experience in front-line customer-facing roles.
• Experience writing business specifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Creates, analyzes, and validates detailed functional/technical specs.
• Drives increased use of core system functionality to reduce customization.
• Improves systems by studying current practices and designing changes.
• Establishes intra- and interdepartmental relationships to prioritize needs and communicate status.
• Creates internal documentation and training for setup and ongoing support.
• Documents requirements, create use cases and process models.
• Maintains knowledge of all system functions/release features.
