Job summary

Kombo is seeking Senior Enterprise BDRs to own a focused book of Fortune 2000 accounts with an account-based sales motion. You will work closely with AEs and leadership to develop strategy, map stakeholders, and build pipeline that drives ARR.

The role is on-site in New York City, with a fast track to AE for strong performers and a path to leadership as we scale. You’ll collaborate with founders and mentors across the company, own your targets, and contribute to high-value deals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outbound experience in B2B SaaS.
• Curious and humble; asks questions to understand customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop account strategy and map stakeholders for top accounts.
• Create pipeline and push ARR growth through targeted outbound.
• Onboard and share best practices with new hires; contribute to messaging and sequences.
