Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Business Development for Roofing to own large multi-location deals across the US and Canada. You will drive the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed contract, handling multi-stakeholder negotiations and expansion across locations.

This role focuses on strategic, high-value accounts with no direct reports. You will work with our team to craft proposals and close multi-market opportunities that open subsequent deals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annual revenue.
• Experience selling to multi-location roofing groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Ability to manage long consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Remote work experience across the US/Canada is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close over 3–12 months.
• Negotiate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand to more locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership for proposals.
