Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Business Development for Roofing to own the largest multi-location deals across markets. You will manage the full sales cycle, from discovery through negotiation to close, with ownership across several locations.

The role is remote (USA or Canada) and targets roofing groups with multi-market footprints. You will work with our sales development team and inbound leads to book qualified meetings, then close strategic, multi-location deals that unlock expansion

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ per year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into roofing groups or multi-location buyers.
• Experience with long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full deal cycle from discovery to close on multi-location roofing deals (3–12 months).
• Interact with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Drive expansion to additional locations and services after sign.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for key deals.
