Amazon is seeking a Partner Sales Manager in Jersey City, NJ, to accelerate AWS services adoption with global partners and drive revenue growth in enterprise accounts.

You will establish and grow relationships with GSI/SI and ISV partners, lead co-sell initiatives with ISV partners, and align with AWS account teams to close strategic opportunities. Strong business and technical acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct field selling software or cloud solutions.
• Experience in technology related sales, business development or equivalent.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development engagements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
• Experience in direct sales.
• Experience working within the enterprise software development industry.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory with multiple account teams and partners.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets by helping partners originate and close opportunities.
• Build deep relationships with customers and strategic partners to understand business and technical needs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account/territory plans to drive revenue and win goals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support sales and delivery engagements.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key GSI/SI and ISV partners.
• Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services to customers and partners.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical resources to assist partners in customer engagements and ISV partnerships.
• Drive business development in territory with GTMS and marketing resources.
• Manage contract negotiations and AWS funding programs.
