Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Account Manager, Aviation to own relationships with Starlink's strategic enterprise aviation customers from onboarding through activation and ongoing growth.

You will drive revenue, manage executives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and outcomes. You will engage with airline executives, navigate regulatory considerations, and balance hardware and service revenue while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or equivalent with 8+ years in business development/sales/account management.
• 7+ years in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for a portfolio of Enterprise Aviation customers from contract signature onwards.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders to identify requirements and manage expectations.
• Collect and champion customer feedback to influence development.
• Deliver impeccable customer service and issue resolution.
• Retain and grow account value across hardware and services.
• Own accounts to realize forecasted revenue ahead of schedule.
• Identify and lead process improvements for cross-functional handoffs.
