Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a highly experienced AV Engineer to lead global deployment of Teams Rooms and event spaces, overseeing end-to-end AV logistics, vendor relations, and installation projects. Requires 8+ years in enterprise AV design/support, expertise in AV-over-IP, DSP programming, and experience with Zoom Rooms or Teams Rooms deployments. Global scope with high standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AV engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise configuring AV-over-IP systems and DSP programming.
• Experience with Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms deployments.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical domain expert for global AV, designing and deploying Teams Rooms and event spaces.
• Owner of end-to-end AV logistics: manage POs, vendor relations, and shipping for global sites.
• Lead AV installation projects from drawings to commissioning with Real Estate, Facilities, and Network teams.
• Provide Tier 3 support for Cisco, Q-SYS, and Shure hardware/software to maximize uptime.
• Design and support MTR on Cisco hardware: Teams Phone, dial plans, auto-attendants, queues, Direct Routing.
• Develop API-led automation (Webex, MS Graph), macros/UI extensions, and smart-building integrations.
