Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a creative Enterprise AV Design & Collaboration Engineer for on-site work in Santa Clara to design, deploy, and support world-class conference rooms and event spaces. You will lead AV projects end-to-end, coordinating with Real Estate, Facilities and Network teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

You will provide Tier 3 support for Cisco, Q-SYS, Shure, and Teams Rooms, and shape API-driven automation and integrations to enable seamless collaboration at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of enterprise AV engineering, design and support experience.
• Deep expertise configuring AV-over-IP, DSP (Q-SYS/Biamp), and control systems (Crestron/Extron).
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, Multicast) for AV traffic.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical domain expert for our global AV environment, designing and deploying Teams Rooms and event spaces.
• Drive end-to-end AV logistics, including PO management and vendor coordination for global sites.
• Lead AV installation projects from architectural drawings to commissioning and user experience standards.
• Provide Tier 3 support for Cisco, Q-SYS, and Shure ecosystems to ensure maximum uptime.
• Design and support MTR on Cisco hardware, including Direct Routing and Operator Connect considerations.
• Develop API-driven automation and integrations with Webex and Microsoft Graph for seamless experiences.
