Job summary

SFE in New York, NY is seeking an experienced AV Engineer to design and deploy enterprise AV and collaboration systems across business units. You will work on Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and PexIP interoperability gateways, supporting new conference rooms, huddle spaces, and hybrid meeting environments.

You'll configure HP/Poly systems, integrate AV-over-IP with NDI and Dante, provide Tier 2/3 support, coordinate vendors, manage end-to-end deployments, and ensure compliance and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AV engineering or enterprise collaboration project delivery.
• Experience designing and deploying MS Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and PexIP interoperability.
• Strong knowledge of AV networking (VLANs, QoS) and IP-based systems.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AV and collaboration systems for business units.
• Support project rollouts for conference rooms and hybrid setups.
• Configure and maintain HP/Poly conferencing systems.
• Integrate AV-over-IP, NDI, VLANs, and QoS.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support during deployments.
• Coordinate vendor resources and oversee installation and testing.
• Track project progress and report to leadership.
• Ensure deployments meet compliance and security requirements.
