Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a creative and highly motivated Enterprise AV Design & Collaboration Engineer to design world class conference rooms and event spaces on-site in Santa Clara, CA. You will engineer seamless experiences, manage critical logistics, and collaborate with Real Estate, Facilities, and Network teams to deliver high-uptime collaboration spaces.

You will lead end-to-end AV installations, configure AV-over-IP systems, and support Zoom/Teams Rooms deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 8 years of relevant experience in Audio Visual engineering, design, and support within an enterprise environment.
• Deep technical expertise in configuring and fixing AV-over-IP systems, DSP programming (Q-SYS/Biamp), and control systems (Crestron/Extron).
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP) and AV traffic (Dante, AES67).
• Proven experience managing large-scale deployments of Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical domain expert for our global AV environment, contributing to the design and deployment of Teams Rooms and internal event spaces.
• Drive end-to-end logistics of our AV infrastructure; manage POs and vendor relationships, coordinating ordering, configuration, and shipping.
• Lead AV installation projects from architectural drawings to commissioning with a focus on user experience.
• Provide Tier 3 support resolving hardware and software issues across Cisco, Q-SYS, and Shure ecosystems.
• Design and support the MTR ecosystem on Cisco hardware, including Teams Phone architecture and Direct Routing connectivity.
• Drive API-led automation (Webex, Microsoft Graph), develop macros/UI extensions, and integrate AV with smart-building systems.
