TEKsystems seeks an experienced AV Engineer to lead and optimize enterprise AV and UC environments. You will oversee conference room tech, video conferencing, and collaboration platforms, delivering secure and reliable meeting experiences across executive and mission-critical settings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise AV and collaboration technologies.
• Crestron programming, configuration, and touch panel development.
• Cisco video conferencing platforms, endpoints, codecs, and collaboration infrastructure.
• Experience integrating Cisco and Microsoft Teams in hybrid deployments.
• Advanced troubleshooting across AV hardware, networking and room tech.
• Experience with Teams Rooms, Surface Hub devices, and enterprise collaboration.
• Active Directory and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Experience in regulated environments and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, support, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise AV systems across locations.
• Administer Cisco video conferencing infrastructure and room systems.
• Configure Crestron control systems and touch panels.
• Ensure reliable user experience and system reliability in multiple sites.
• Support interoperability between Cisco and Microsoft Teams environments.
• Provide advanced support for Teams Rooms and Surface Hub devices.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network, and Engineering teams.
• Lead conference room deployments, refreshes, upgrades, and production rollouts.
• Create documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Mentor support teams and act as escalation point for AV issues.
