Job summary

Sure Secure Solutions, LLC seeks an on-site AV/Collaboration Engineer to design, deploy, and manage NASA Johnson Space Center collaboration environments. You will act as the SME for a secure Microsoft Teams Rooms ecosystem, integrating Logitech, Crestron, Cisco devices and related tools to ensure high availability and seamless hybrid meetings across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years in AV engineering, UC, or collaboration workspace management.
• Active/public trust clearance or ability to obtain.
• On-site work at NASA JSC with some travel.
• Hands-on deployment of Logitech, Crestron, Cisco, and other conferencing devices.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms architecture and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site operations and MTR administration.
• Install, configure, and maintain conferencing devices (Logitech, Cisco, Crestron).
• Lead hardware installation and cable management for MTR endpoints.
• Collaborate with Intune Admin to monitor hardware health and updates.
• Troubleshoot complex audio/video and connectivity issues on site.
• Develop system test requirements and direct system-level testing.
