Job summary

A-V Services Inc. in New York seeks a Infrastructure & Broadcast Systems Engineer to support enterprise AV, broadcast, and IT infrastructure across conference centers, studios, and event spaces.

The role covers implementation, integration, and lifecycle management of live productions, executive communications, and mission-critical collaboration environments, requiring strong cross-disciplinary skills and documentation discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise AV, broadcast, or unified communications.
• Experience with corporate, live-event, or studio environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities for complex systems.
• Knowledge of CUCM, VoIP, SIP, and collaboration technologies.
• Ability to create and maintain technical docs and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, support, and maintain enterprise AV, broadcast, media, and UC systems across facilities.
• Troubleshoot video routing, recording, streaming, and media transport for live events.
• Support Teams Rooms, VoIP, SIP, CUCM, and enterprise collaboration tech.
• Manage AV-over-IP and broadcast-IP with Dante, AES67, NDI, QoS, and related networks.
• Perform advanced root-cause analysis across AV, networking, servers and storage.
