Job summary

EOS IT Solutions, a family‑run global technology and logistics provider, is seeking an AV Break-Fix Technician to maintain enterprise audio-visual systems across three NYC locations and one NJ site.

You will perform hands-on support, preventative maintenance, system lifecycle management, and on-site escalation, collaborating with Engineering, IT, Facilities, and vendors to keep rooms, venues, and deployments reliable and ready for business operations.

Qualifications

• CTS/CTS-D or equivalent AV certifications required.
• Formal education in Electronics, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise AV environments across multiple offices.
• Experience with executive conference rooms and mission-critical collaboration spaces.
• Experience with enterprise AV monitoring and management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site escalation point for AV issues across three NYC locations and one NJ location.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV hardware, software, control systems, audio, video, and networking issues.
• Restore systems to operational status with minimal disruption to business.
• Maintain service tickets and documentation daily.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive reliability improvements.
• Coordinate firmware and system updates across AV technologies.
• Track equipment health, warranty status, and lifecycle information.
• Support projects including technology refreshes, upgrades, and new deployments.
