Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide break/fix support for AV systems in meeting rooms, conference spaces, and office areas.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, and conferencing issues (Zoom, Teams).
• Respond to and update support tickets per SLAs; escalate when needed.
• Support end users with common AV and basic IT issues (connectivity, setup).
• Assist with routine checks, minor configuration changes, and system maintenance.
• Support device setup, imaging, and peripheral troubleshooting.
