Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in New York seeks an experienced AV Technician II to provide Tier 2 video conferencing support and on-site AV/VC expertise for executive spaces, events, and everyday rooms.

You will resolve room tech issues, monitor VC endpoints, support in-person and hybrid events, and work with Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure and related hardware to maintain high uptime and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Ability to be self-motivated and accountable in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, and other AV/VC hardware.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to client culture.

Responsibilities

• Primary on-site technician able to fix 99% of issues in rooms.
• Monitor and resolve VC room alerts and issues for executive spaces.
• Escalate issues to Tier 1 when needed and support events (in-person, hybrid, virtual).
• Assist with new builds, asset management, and commissioning/testing of VC equipment.
• Provide strong client-facing support and de-escalate technical problems.
• Maintain up-to-date tagging and data entry for tasks and projects.
