Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise applications, systems architecture, or related tech roles.
• Strong Workday experience across HCM, Benefits, integrations, security, and enterprise data.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs, middleware, and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and technical strategy for Workday and connected enterprise applications.
• Design and oversee integrations, interfaces, data flows, and system connectivity.
• Partner with HR, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and IT leadership to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Establish architectural standards for scalability, security, data integrity, and performance.
• Lead Workday releases, changes, testing, deployments, and platform optimization.
• Assess current-state architecture, define future-state solutions, and develop implementation plans.
• Lead technical initiatives, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
