Axiom Path, Inc. is seeking a senior Workday HCM Integrations Architect to lead complex integrations and platforms across the HR ecosystem. You will guide architecture, standards, and security while delivering scalable, AI-enabled Workday solutions.

The role blends hands-on development with technical leadership, spanning Extend, Orchestrate, APIs, and modern automation. Collaboration with HR, IT, and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HCM technical experience.
• 8+ years of Workday Integrations and technical solution delivery.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Workday implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, implementation and support of complex Workday HCM integrations and technical solutions.
• Remain hands-on with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, CCB, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
• Provide architecture and guidance across Workday Integrations, Extend, Orchestrate, APIs, and custom apps.
• Mentor Workday developers and integration consultants through design reviews and code reviews.
