Qualifications

• Strong iManage administration experience in a legal environment.
• Proficient in SQL queries and data extraction for operations.
• Experience with cloud migration projects related to iManage environment.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications in law firms.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support and enhance iManage and related legal applications.
• Participate in migrating iManage from on-premises to the cloud.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and minimise downtime.
• Plan, execute and support upgrades, patches and new features.
• Create and maintain testing, regression and post-upgrade procedures.
• Develop SQL queries, reports and data extracts for operational needs.
• Collaborate with vendors on escalations and technical improvements.
• Assist with broader IT projects across enterprise applications.
• Maintain strong iManage administration in a legal environment.
