Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer in Atlanta to own and optimize critical enterprise applications across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will work with attorneys and business professionals to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology services.

You will manage upgrades, migrations, and integrations for platforms such as iManage/Intapp and financial systems, collaborating with security, infrastructure, and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience engineering, administering, integrating, or supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience with one or more major legal platforms (iManage/Intapp/Aderant/Elite/BigHand/Litera/Chrome River) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software lifecycles, release/change management, and incident/problem management.

Responsibilities

• Owns assigned enterprise applications throughout their lifecycle including discovery, architecture, configuration, and deployment.
• Configures and supports Windows Server, SQL Server, identity services, and cloud connectors for enterprise apps.
• Plans upgrades, migrations, and new implementations with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitors health, performance, and security, and coordinates with vendors for issue resolution.
• Develops architecture diagrams, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
