Job summary

Lawyers On Demand Limited is seeking an experienced iManage implementation professional to support an enterprise rollout for a corporate legal department. You will drive user adoption and help legal and IT teams integrate iManage into day-to-day workflows.

The role is a four-to-six month, full-time contract, on-site at the Arlington, Texas headquarters with potential remote support or travel for subsequent rollouts across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting iManage implementations, rollouts, or enterprise adoption in a legal environment.
• Strong understanding of iManage workflows and day-to-day needs of legal professionals using document management tech.
• Experience with legal technology adoption, change management, training, and user enablement.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical deployment and end-user workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-launch preparation and rollout execution for the iManage implementation.
• Conduct training sessions to help legal personnel become comfortable and productive in the platform.
• Establish office hours for real-time assistance with workflows, questions and troubleshooting.
• Serve as the primary resource for user inquiries and feedback during the transition.
• Assist users in translating existing document management practices into iManage workflows.
• Partner with legal and IT stakeholders to identify adoption challenges and address friction.
• Refine training materials and SOPs tailored to the organization's legal workflows.
• Support initial rollout at HQ followed by regional/divisional expansion.
